IMMUNE 3D is a versatile system with many applications to support cancer drug development efforts. We have designed modules that allow our biopharmaceutical partners to screen or discover novel insights. 

IMMUNE 3D - Basic

The Basic module is designed to screen and validate drug candidates in a cost-effective manner. This module includes:

  • The use of well characterized HLA-matched CTL and tumor lines in melanoma and colon cancer

  • Multiplex cytokine readouts

  • Pre and Post IMMUNE 3D™ evaluation of immune checkpoint marker changes in response to drug treatment

IMMUNE 3D - Multi-Cell

The Multi-Cell module is designed to include additional lymphocytes (TAMs, Tregs, B cells etc.,) into the system. The advantages of this module include:

  • Use of HLA-matched CTL and tumor lines in combination with other immune cells to study mechanisms of resistance of CTL infiltration and migration.

  • Ability to study drug candidates targeting other immune cells.

  • Effect on immune suppression.

  • Interaction of other immune cells and their role in T cell infiltration and migration.

  • Multiple readouts – chemokines and cytokines.

IMMUNE 3D - Custom

The Custom module is designed to include patient-derived tumor tissue and cell samples. We have partnered with renown hospital systems to access quality patient samples. Together with our capabilities to isolate immune cells, TILs and tumors, this module provides partners several advantages that include:

  • Longitudinal studies across broad patient populations – potential biomarkers in response to drug candidates.

  • Genomically characterized tumors to better understand response to drug candidates.

  • Combination studies with patient-derived tumors and cells to evaluate combinations.
